Return Policy
We want you to be happy with every Fire & Flair purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item just isn’t the right fit. If you need to send something back, we offer store credit that can be used on any future online purchase. This policy covers orders placed on fireandflair.com, shop.fireandflair.com, as well as items bought during live sales.
How Returns Work
To make sure your return goes smoothly, please check that the item you’re sending back meets these standards:
- Your return package must arrive at our facility within 30 days of the original shipping date
- The product must be in new condition — no wear, washing, alterations, or damage
- All original tags and packaging must still be attached
- Clothing must be clean and free of fragrance, stains, cosmetics, pet hair, or other marks
- Shoes must be packed in their original box, without scuffs or signs of use
Items that don’t meet these conditions will be declined.
Once your return is reviewed, we’ll send you an email letting you know your store credit is ready. Credit is issued for the item’s purchase price only and does not include shipping fees.
Store credit cannot be converted into cash unless required by law. Refunds to your original payment method are only provided where legally mandated.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, safety, and promotional reasons, certain items are Final Sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Items discounted 50% or more
- Items marked Final Sale
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments
- Beauty or personal‑care items
- Face masks
- Gift cards

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Fire and Flair is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please select the replacement size within our return portal. If the requested size is in stock, it will be shipped once your return is processed. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead. You’ll receive an email update once your exchange or credit has been completed. Please note that exchange availability is not guaranteed until processing is finished.
Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 2–3 business days after they are received.
- Website purchases will receive a gift card.
- Live sale purchases will receive app credit.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below:
- Email info@fireandflaire.com within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Once your claim is approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of the approval message
